Joy

I have come
that
you might have
life;
life
in abundance,
and it saddens Me
when My children
lose their joy;
when you,
My child,
lose your joy.
I am
He
who was there
at the start of creation.
I saw
all that was created
and behold
it was good.
The Garden of Eden
was good
but it became spoilt
and
that is why I came;
that is why
I had to die,
so that
Eden
could be restored;
and
that is why
I am here, now,
with you,
to show you
that the way is open;
the way is open again
back to
joy;
joy in Me
for in Me only
is fullness
of joy.
I know it will be hard.
Nothing worth having
is easily attained
but with Me
all things are possible.
So,
at this time of reflection,
I would ask you,
My child,
to look again
at Me;
at My creation;
to look each day
for something
to delight in;
to bring you joy.
Then
share it with Me;
each thing,
until it becomes a habit;
until it becomes second nature.
There is much sadness
around
and
the world
needs to see;
needs to know
joy;
My joy.
It is only
through My children
that this can truly happen.
Because I died;
because I have risen,
this joy
is available;
is free.
My child,
I long for you
to find
this joy
again,
so that you can be
a channel;
My channel.
Will you do this,
for Me?
My child,
I want you to believe;
to understand;
to know
that you are
My joy;
that you are
My delight.
