Trust in Me

I have told you before
that
you do not have to ‘do’
to earn My love,
nor
to keep My love.
It is there,
constant,
everlasting,
available,
free.
My child,
enjoy it,
revel in it,
drown in it.
Let it saturate
your very being
so that
it flows out through you
to others
without you knowing,
without you ‘doing’.
Just being in My love
will change you.

Until you know this,
all I ask of you
is that you
stay still,
stay close,
stay silent.

When you are ready
to move on,
I will guide you.
I will show you
My plans for you,
But for now
rest,
relax
in My presence.
Trust Me.
Learn to trust Me more.
You do not yet trust Me
enough.
Your God is too small.
It is not Me.
It is not even
a small part of Me.
I am
bigger,
greater,
more powerful
than you can imagine.

The desert
is the special place
where you can learn
to trust,
to lean,
to rely
on Me
and Me alone.
Only fear not
for I am Love.
and because of My love
I have led you
into the desert.
See it for what it is,
a special place.
If My Son had to learn this
how much more do you.

What is learnt in the desert
is not quickly forgotten.
And
I do not want you
to forget
this special time.
It will not last forever.
I know that
sometimes
it is hard for you
but I promise
that, in time,
you will look back
and see this
as a place
of blessing,
My blessing,
to a beloved child.
